Schticky Review

If you have pets, you probably have one of those sticky paper roll lint rollers. In fact, you probably have a few of them. It isn’t uncommon for someone with pets to have a number of lint rollers stashed throughout the house. Until recently, these paper lint rollers were the only thing that could get pet hair off of clothes and furniture. But constantly buying paper lint rollers for your laundry room, living room, car, and closet can get costly. Each sheet is only good for one use and it can take four or five sheets just to clean the pet hair off a single pair of jeans. Cleaning the sofa or recliner can take an entire roll of paper and a ridiculous amount of time. For years people have wished that there was a better way. Now there is.

The Schticky Solution

The Schticky is a reusable lint roller that works on any surface or material. You can use the same roller to clean your sofa that you used to remove the pet hair from your favorite jacket. There are no paper sheets to tear off or refills to buy. The Schticky can be rinsed and reused again in seconds. For people used to tearing off sheet after sheet just to remove the pet hair from their outfit, this seems amazing to the point of being unbelievable. Could one little roller really clean lint and pet hair off nearly anything without needing refills or special sheets? So what is this Schticky roller and how does it work?

What is The Schticky?

The Schticky is a lint roller made from a special silicone material. The pad of the Schticky is incredibly sticky when it is dry. It easily picks up fur, hair, lint, and other debris from a variety of materials and fabrics. It works on clothing, furniture, and even the floors. In fact, there is a larger Schticky that is specially made for floor use. This large Schticky has the same powerful sticky silicone pad as the smaller Schticky, but covers a larger space area and can pick up larger debris. Why run for the broom to sweep up a little spilled dry cereal when you can just use your Schticky on the floor? The Schticky even takes cobwebs off ceilings and cabinets. Clean those hard to reach corners with the big Schticky, then dust off your clothes with the little one. The silicone material works on nearly everything.

Once you’re finished cleaning with your Schticky, you simply rinse the silicone pad in warm water. Hair, lint, dirt, and other debris rinse right off as the silicon material becomes super slick. Then, as soon as it is dry, the Schticky is as clean and as sticky as new.

The Reviews

It sounds like a miracle product, but how well does it work? The super cheesy commercials are enough to make someone suspicious. Is this product really as great as it seems, or is it all exaggerated hype? Schticky reviews are overwhelmingly positive.

People love the Schticky as much for its effectiveness as for the fact that it is totally reusable. The most enthusiastic Schticky reviews seem to come from people with pets. Pet hair on clothes is a serious problem. It makes you look dirty and unwashed, no matter how clean your clothes are. If you don’t completely remove any pet hair from your clothing, people see you as sloppy and unprofessional. This is terrible for anyone relying heavily on their appearance. No one wants to open an account or buy a product from someone with cat hair on their shirt. This is why so many people with pets end up buying multiple lint rollers and checking their clothes obsessively for stray hairs.

My Experience With The Schticky

Personally, I was one of those people. I can’t begin to tell you how much money I spent on refillable lint rollers. I often bought them three at a time. I kept one in the top drawer of my dresser, one in the living room by the front door, and one in the car. I replaced them constantly. Once they’d passed the first few layers, they seemed to work less and less. I loved my cats but I hated the pet hair problem.

When I first saw the commercial for the Schticky, I thought it was a joke. A good idea, yes, but a joke none the less. No product could remove pet hair that great and then rinse clean. But as I watched the rest of the commercial, I began to wonder. Could this product really work? Was there really an answer to the lint roller problem? I decided to find out.

I read every review I could find online. I checked out a number of review sites and read every review on them. Aside from a few complaints about the product not getting sticky enough after rinsing it, people seemed pleased with the results of the Schticky. Based on over a dozen Schticky reviews, I decided to try the Schticky for myself.

I ordered the product and continued to use my old paper lint rollers while I waited for it to arrive. I wondered if I would need them when the Schticky arrived or if I would gladly throw them all in the chance. Only a few days after ordering my Schticky, I finally found out. I took the product out of the package and immediately used it on my jeans. It worked great. Then again, so did the paper lint rollers. I needed more of a challenge.

So I used the Schticky on my sofa. I was a little surprised at the amount of pet hair it had picked up. It even picked up a few strands of my hair that I didn’t even see. I then tried it on my recliner. Let me clarify that. I tried it on my cat’s recliner. While my cat loves to sit in my lap while I’m watching TV, he lounges on the back of the recliner when I’m not home. His long white hairs have become so much a part of the chair that I no longer even try to clear off the pet hair. I rolled the Schticky over the top of the recliner and was finally, honestly impressed. It pulled the hair right off the chair. A few sweeps with the roller and the back of the recliner was actually clean. However, the Schticky was now covered in hair. It was time to try rinsing it.

Since the only negative reviews for the Schticky centered on the rinse and reuse part of the product, I really wanted to know how it responded to being rinsed. I rinsed it in warm water and it went slick and smooth, true to the advertisements. The hair, fur, and dirt rinsed right off. I was impressed, but I wondered how well it would work after being rinsed. I shook it dry like they did on the commercials and it got a little sticky, though not as much so as in the beginning. However, after a few minutes of drying, my Schticky was back to its initial level of stickiness. It seemed like the people who had written negative reviews simply hadn’t waited long enough.

I have now used and rinsed my Schticky dozens of times. It works like the first time every time I use it. I am truly impressed with this product. I recommend it to all my friends, especially the ones with pets. They agree with me. The Schticky is a remarkably effective product. If you’re tired of hassling with refillable paper lint rollers, give the Schticky a try. You won’t be disappointed.
